A product or a solution? If you said product, you'd be wrong. "What's the difference?" you might ask. A product typically focuses on its features and capabilities without addressing the specific business issues or opportunities that the customer faces.
A solution focuses more on engaging the audience in a conversation about their current needs and challenges rather than just the product's attributes.

It's the customer that counts, not the product. A product is no good when it doesn't address a specific need. It doesn't matter how good the product is or how good you think it is. If it doesn't address a need, you're wasting your time.
