Jonathan is a highly motivated and results-oriented Aerospace Sales Consultant, with a career spanning over three decades in the business arena. Since he embarked on his professional journey in 1989, Jonathan has established himself as an esteemed sales and marketing expert, consistently driving substantial growth for the organisations he has worked with.

As an entrepreneurial leader, consultant, and sales trainer, Jonathan possesses a unique capability to enhance aerospace companies profitability and operational efficiency.
His exceptional communication skills enable him to build robust client relationships and foster global partnerships that have proven essential for business success. Jonathan's versatility and cost-effectiveness make him an invaluable asset for organisations experiencing growth, restructuring or downsizing within their sales and marketing teams. He has over 30 years experience of public speaking to audiences both large and small in Great Britain and the United States.
Jonathan engages in a wide range of Aerospace/STEM related activities outside of work, including Astronomy, Science and Chess.

In addition to these hobbies, Jonathan enjoys retro computing such as the BBC Micro B or Sinclair Spectrum and fiddling with cutting edge operating systems such as Linux. He also loves playing the Banjolele, Mandolin & Bass Guitar. Jonathan has been actively involved in the church for many years, contributing his time and efforts.

Ethan became a member of RLV in 2018 following his completion of an extensive home education program. Immersed in the dynamic work environment, he swiftly recognized the significance of the rapidly changing marketing landscape, particularly the essential roles of social media, keywords, hashtags, and ethical SEO practices in advancing a company's success in today's market. He is a dedicated advocate of Linux and encourages Windows and Apple users to "make the switch" to save time and money.

Ethan engages in various interests in his leisure time, including conversing in fluent Geek, drawing, writing, comedy, exploring the countryside, playing Frisbee, and enjoying music when we can get him away from his computer.

Security And Debt Collection Officer
Named after the arch-villain of the Biggles Books. Von Stalhein is the newest member of the team. As the officer in charge of security and debt collection, he possesses an exceptional aptitude for persuading people to change their minds.
Von Stalhein's hobbies include walking, eating "chimkin", playing insane amounts of fetch and ... more walking!
He is currently taking therapy for his unhealthy addiction to round things.
