Customer Perceived Value is very important!
Ever thought about what the customer's perceived value of your product or business is? Ever think that that perception might be what's prohibiting your company from growing?
First of all, what is Perceived Value? The short explanation of Perceived value is that it's a "customer's personal assessment of a product's benefits and worth, influenced by how well it meets their needs and expectations compared to alternatives."
Perceived Value is all in how you market your product (that is if your product is good), and to market that product effectively you need a USP (Unique Selling Point). To say that your company has "the best service", is NOT the best way to market your company! Unfortunately, nearly every company falls into this trap, because they have no idea what sets them apart from the competition.
As a consequence, the Perceived Value of your business will be low to non-existent, or at best, you will be competing in price wars and get very little return on investment. We at RLV Pro can help you identify what makes you unique as a company and help you earn "the big bucks!"
